Michael L. Sweet, D.V.M. has owned and operated The Milan Veterinary Clinic since 1972.
We place a strong emphasis on preventative care and diagnostic testing. We continually update our products, vaccines and equipment to keep up with the most up-to-date medical technology. For the best care in veterinary medicine our entire staff attends regular veterinary training seminars.
We don't believe in over vaccinating, however we do believe in following manufacturers label directions.
Dr. Sweet always says "The outside of a pet is good for the inside of a human."
You may check your pet's medical history by signing up for a pet portal by clicking on the link in the upper R. corner. Don't forget to upload a photo of your pet(s) so when there are special promotions their picture can be included.

Tinkerbelle is contained by the Invisible Fence brand underground system.
If your dog has that same brand collar please remember to remove it before coming onto our premises.
Dr. Sweet of the Milan Veterinary Clinic presented Fire Chief Bob Stevens at the Milan Area Fire Department with Pet Oxygen Masks.
Kim Finch, one of our veterinary assistants, helped organize this event.
Tinkerbelle and Dottie were on hand to demonstrate how these masks are applied.
These oxygen masks in variable sizes were donated thanks to the Invisible Fence Company of Sylvania, Ohio, with the assistance of the MVMA.
Susan Fraley from Invisible Fence contacted both veterinarians here in Milan to present the masks.
If you live in Washtenaw or Monroe County you would call The Invisible Fence Company of Sylvania for service at 419-882-3644 or 800-848-8951.
